As part of our team, you’ll perform complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. This position reports to the Service Manager. What you will love about our team: What you’ll focus on: Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology -Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders -Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on time submittal of information -May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge -Operate and maintain vehicles,



tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities -Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion -Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments -Conduct or support customer clinics -Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products -Other duties as assigned What we need from you: -Ability to perform service repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures -Experience working with the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in off road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment -Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment -Strong communication skill verbally and in writing -Must have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities -Valid driver’s license required Ever better if you have (although not required to apply): -Demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics -Experience with basic computer functions; experience using Service ADVISOR™ or other computer based diagnostic repair tools -CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) Leading Edge Equipment is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
