Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage women empowerment and SHG programs.
- Mobilize and engage rural women in livelihood initiatives.
- Form, strengthen, and support Self-Help Groups.
- Plan and implement training programs related to food processing, entrepreneurship, and skill development.
- Monitor project activities and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct field visits and maintain relationships with community stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.




- Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, local institutions, and community leaders.
- Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and community meetings.
- Track project outcomes and suggest strategies for improving program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SHG, women empowerment, rural development, or community-based projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in community mobilization and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
- Ability to travel to field locations when required.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SHG operations and government schemes.
- Team management and project planning skills.
- Training and capacity-building experience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
