Teleperformance is looking for a Lead ML Engineer to join our AI engineering team and help build the next generation of enterprise-scale AI solutions.

This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role where you will design, develop, deploy, and optimize advanced ML and GenAI systems that create real business impact.

? What You'll Do

? Build Next-Generation AI Solutions

- Design and develop scalable Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and fine-tune LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Develop intelligent AI pipelines, model orchestration, and retraining workflows.
- Work with frameworks such as LangGraph and other modern AI technologies.

⚙️ Engineer for Scale & Performance
- Deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions using MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies.
- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Implement model monitoring, observability, drift detection, and experimentation frameworks.
- Apply techniques such as quantization, caching, and data optimization to improve inference performance.

? Collaborate & Innovate
- Work closely with AI Architects, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, QA, and Product teams.
- Convert complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Lead Proofs of Concept (POCs) for emerging AI technologies.

? Stay Ahead of AI Innovation
- Explore the latest developments in LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI, MLOps, and AI infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging frameworks and open-source technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of Teleperformance's AI capabilities.

? What We're Looking For

Experience





- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in advanced ML / Generative AI system design.
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML models into enterprise production environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and model evaluation.
- Experience with RLHF is a plus.
