About the RoleWe are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Expert with 2+ years of experience in running and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating quality leads and improving campaign ROI across Education, Healthcare, and/or Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audience, budget, and industry.
- Generate high-quality, conversion-focused leads rather than focusing only on lead volume.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and test different audiences, ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
- Set up and troubleshoot pixels, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights.




- Coordinate with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads features, policies, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in Education, Healthcare and Real Estate lead generation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Lead Generation campaigns and conversion funnels.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, lookalike audiences, keywords, bidding, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
