- Define PCB stack-ups, component placement, routing strategies, and design constraints.
- Apply EMI/EMC design practices to ensure robust product performance and regulatory compliance.
- Implement clearance, creepage, and safety requirements to support UL and related certifications.
- Generate manufacturing-ready PCB documentation and release packages.
- Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, manufacturing, and sourcing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ensure designs meet DFM, DFA, and DFT requirements for efficient assembly, testability, and production.
- Support prototype builds, design reviews, and resolution of fabrication and assembly issues.
- Periodically review, update and develop Check lists, Process documents, PCB specs, Knowledge base and Quality documents in line with latest technology trends.
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality PCB designs.
- A strong collaborator who works effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- A proactive problem solver with a focus on quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
