Role Description The Lead Electrical Technician is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves leading electrical maintenance activities for automation systems, production lines, and specialized machinery, ensuring safe and reliable operation of all electrical equipment.

The Lead Electrical

Technician will design, install, inspect, and test electrical systems, diagnose faults, and perform troubleshooting and repair work in line with electrical engineering standards.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating with mechanical and automation teams,



maintaining documentation and maintenance schedules, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires adherence to safety regulations, participation in commissioning of current equipment, and providing technical support during integration and upgrades.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in electrical maintenance and hands-on experience with industrial electrical equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of electricity principles and practical application in automated manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess proven troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems, control panels, and machinery.
- Candidates should possess a foundation in electrical engineering concepts relevant to industrial automation and production lines.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with electrical equipment standards, safety practices, and preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing plants is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor junior technicians.
