About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Conversion Specialist responsible for converting qualified leads into paid enrollments for our Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Analytics training programs.
The role is highly target-driven and suitable for someone who is confident in communication, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, website, social media, and other channels.
Understand the candidate's career goals and recommend the appropriate course.
Explain course curriculum, fees, certifications, career opportunities, and benefits.
Handle objections related to pricing, course duration, certification, and career outcomes.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead and conversion records.
Achieve a minimum of 10 successful paid enrollments per month.
Work toward higher conversion targets to unlock additional incentives.
Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month, depending on experience and performance.
Performance Incentives: Additional incentives for achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
Additional Benefits: Higher incentives and performance-based benefits for consistent high performers.
What We’re Looking For
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle sales objections and close leads.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Comfortable making calls and conducting WhatsApp follow-ups.
Prior experience in education sales, EdTech, B2C sales, or training-course sales is an advantage.
