Role & Responsibilities

- Lead design, deployment, and automation of scalable infrastructure for SaaS-based learning platforms across AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker) for zero-downtime releases.
- Own incident response, SLA monitoring, and root-cause analysis to maintain >99.9% platform uptime and security compliance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management (Ansible/Puppet), and log/metrics telemetry (Prometheus/Grafana).




- Collaborate with Dev, Security, and Product teams to enforce Infrastructure-as-Code principles and cloud cost optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers, review architecture decisions, and evangelize SRE/DevOps best practices across engineering teams.
