We’re building an AI analytics platform that does exactly that, helping enterprise teams move from asking questions to discovering insights and taking action.

We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the AI core and help define the technical direction of the platform.? What you’ll work on

- Build and evolve an AI agent runtime for multi-step analysis, orchestration, parallel queries, sub-agents and domain specialists
- Develop NL → SQL/T-SQL/DAX query generation over complex enterprise data
- Design ontologies, knowledge graphs, semantic/metric layers and retrieval systems
- Build proactive intelligence including anomaly detection, forecasting, clustering and recommendations
- Optimize LLM latency and cost through model tiering, caching, streaming and parallelism
- Build robust LLM evaluation frameworks, golden datasets and CI release gates
- Implement security and prompt-injection defenses, including row-level security and tool gating
- Help make current industries configurable rather than requiring a complete rebuild? What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has:




- Strong recent experience shipping production LLM/AI systems
- Deep understanding of AI agents, orchestration, tool use and structured outputs
- Strong Python, SQL and data warehouse experience
- Experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic layers or RAG
- Experience evaluating and improving non-deterministic AI systems
- Knowledge of forecasting, anomaly detection and clustering
- Production experience with async services and streaming APIs
- The ability to define architecture while still writing the hardest code yourself⭐ Nice to have
