- Profile

- Progressive experience in Learning &
- Development, Leadership Development, or Enterprise Capability roles.

- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders at BU or enterprise level

- Proven track record in designing and leading large-scale leadership and capability transformation initiatives.

- Solid executive facilitation capability with credibility across senior stakeholders

- Exposure to working with reputed academic institutions or global learning partners is preferred
