About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) Consultant to join our growing team and work on high-impact global supply chain transformation programmes. This role offers the chance to collaborate with leading enterprises, solve complex planning challenges, and deliver next-generation supply chain solutions in fast-paced international environments.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, business leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable planning solutions that improve agility, visibility, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- An MBA / Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields is preferred.
- 4+ years of hands-on Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse implementation experience is mandatory.
- Experience must include implementation projects, enhancements, or proofs-of-concept (POCs).
- Experience solely as an end user or superuser will not qualify.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, especially Supply Planning and Material Planning.
- Demand Planning experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across global geographies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC is highly desirable but not a must.




- Experience implementing planning solutions for large global manufacturing organisations.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in supply chain planning and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solution design and delivery of Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse implementations for global clients.
- Analyse current-state (“As-Is”) processes and facilitate future-state (“To-Be”) design workshops.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional solution designs and documentation.
- Configure and implement Kinaxis planning solutions with minimal oversight.
- Assist the Delivery Manager and Kinaxis architect in project planning, including detailed project plan, estimates and timelines.
- Review functional specifications and provide recommendations to improve solution quality and usability.
- Identify opportunities to optimise existing planning systems, workflows, and tools.
- Support project planning activities, including estimation, timelines, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live readiness activities.
- Proactively identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Contribute thought leadership by sharing supply chain best practices, implementation methodologies, and innovative approaches.
