As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Marketplace Executive who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build their career in e-commerce and marketplace operations. The role will involve managing day-to-day activities across online marketplaces, ensuring accurate product listings, smooth order processing, and strong marketplace performance.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce, be comfortable working with data and marketplace dashboards, and have a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce, BBA, Marketing preferred).
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, structured data organisation).




- Comfortable working with numbers: able to calculate ACOS, ROAS, CVR, CPC from raw data.
- Valuable written English for listing copy, reporting, and communication.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage 25+ campaigns and 60+ SKUs without errors.
- Self-motivated and able to follow daily SOPs independently.
- Fast learner willing to understand Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, and advertising concepts.

Good to Have

- Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central or any ecommerce platform.
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and search intent.
- Knowledge of product photography or basic Canva/Photoshop skills.

- Highly organised and checklist-driven.
- Analytical and performance-focused.
- Proactive in flagging issues and suggesting improvements.
- Takes full ownership of assigned tasks and reporting.
