Junior Content Strategist – Influencer Marketing

We’re looking for someone who has already worked on influencer campaigns and knows how to turn a brand brief into creator-first content ideas.

As a Junior Content Strategist with Qoruz’s Servicing team, you’ll work across brand briefs, campaign concepts, creator briefs, scripts, pitches, and content reviews.

The job is straightforward to explain: understand what the brand wants and figure out how creators can make it interesting.

What You’ll Do

- Work on content strategy and ideation for influencer campaigns.
- Turn client briefs into campaign concepts and creator-first content ideas.
- Write creator briefs, hooks, scripts, talking points, and content flows.
- Come up with ideas tailored to different creators instead of giving everyone the same script.
- Research creators, trends, formats, cultural moments, and category conversations.
- Review creator scripts and content and provide clear feedback.
- Work closely with the Servicing team on client pitches and campaign proposals.
- Participate in brainstorms and confidently bring your own ideas to the table.
- Adapt ideas based on client feedback without losing what makes the content work.
- Stay plugged into what’s happening across Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing,



content strategy, social media, or a creative/digital agency.
- Hands-on experience working on influencer campaigns.
- Experience writing creator briefs and developing content ideas for creators.
- Experience contributing to client pitches, campaign concepts, or creative presentations.
- Strong understanding of creators and how branded content needs to fit their individual style.
- Ability to take a brief and come back with ideas, not just execution.
- Good writing and storytelling skills.
- Solid understanding of social media trends and internet culture.
- Ability to work across multiple brands and briefs at the same time.
- Comfortable taking feedback, iterating quickly, and defending an idea when needed.
