Radharaman, the house is known for its technical rigor, innovation, and commitment to excellence in luxury design. THOA’s ecosystem includes research-driven textile and apparel studios, weaving clusters across India, a privately-owned textile mill, and curated retail destinations that offer immersive fashion and lifestyle experiences. Flagship spaces such as Angadi Heritage, Angadi Galleria, and Angadi Silks showcase heirloom and contemporary textiles, apparel, and accessories, placing THOA at the intersection of luxury, design, and culture.

Job: We are looking for a driven, hands-on Creative Assistant to work closely with the COO across fashion, styling, marketing, PR, communications and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with fashion shoots, styling, campaigns and events.

Support marketing, PR and brand communication initiatives.

Create presentations, moodboards, briefs and reports.

Coordinate with internal departments and external creative partners.

Manage follow-ups, trackers, deadlines and action points.

Research fashion, styling,



luxury brands and market trends.

Support the COO with day-to-day project coordination and execution.

Skills Required

Robust interest in fashion, styling, marketing and PR.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Good visual sense and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing, PowerPoint and Excel.

Comfortable handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Willingness to learn new things quickly.

You don't need to know everything when you join but you must be willing to learn.

Growth

This is not immediately an executive-assistant role. For at least the first year, the focus will be on learning the business, executing well and earning trust. As you prove your capability, discretion, reliability and initiative, you will progressively take on greater responsibility, including managing communications and coordination on behalf of the COO.

The opportunity is to grow from a Creative Assistant into a trusted extension of the COO.
