About the RoleVastav Intellect IP Solutions LLP is looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Junior Client Acquisition Executives to join our Client Acquisition Team.

This is an entry-level business development role suitable for fresh graduates and candidates beginning their professional careers.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating communication, understanding basic requirements, generating qualified leads and coordinating with the internal team for further discussions.

Prior experience in Intellectual Property (IP) is not mandatory. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify prospective clients from company-provided databases and other approved sources.
- Contact prospects through telephone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other professional communication channels.
- Connect with individuals, startups, MSMEs, businesses, researchers, faculty members and academic institutions.
- Introduce Vastav's relevant skilled services to prospective clients.
- Understand the prospect's basic requirement and business profile.
- Identify potential opportunities relating to patents, designs, trademarks, infringement, opposition, consultancy and other IP services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the next-level team.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and communication records.
- Update the assigned CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with Layer 2 for qualified meetings and requirements.




- Maintain daily and weekly activity reports.
- Work toward assigned outreach, lead-generation and conversion targets.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who:
- Have completed graduation or are in the final stage of graduation.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Are comfortable speaking with new people.
- Can communicate confidently over telephone and WhatsApp.
- Have a positive and professional attitude.
- Are willing to learn sales and client acquisition.
- Can work with targets and regular follow-ups.
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Are disciplined in maintaining records and reporting daily activities.
