Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Architect role based in Madurai.

The Junior

Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and creating detailed plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Daily responsibilities include drafting and revising drawings, coordinating with interior design and project management teams, and assisting in client presentations and documentation. The role also involves site visits to understand project conditions, support quality checks, and help ensure that designs are implemented as intended.

Architect will collaborate closely with colleagues and consultants to meet project timelines and uphold design standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, aesthetic solutions.
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or project workflows.
- Skills in Project Management, including organizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking project progress.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial and design sense, and the ability to follow guidelines while contributing ideas.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work in a team and interact professionally with clients and consultants.
- Willingness to work on-site in Madurai, conduct site visits, and adapt to a variety of project types and scales.
