Studio FrameLabs is our in-house creative studio focused on UGC videos, lifestyle content, AI-powered creatives, e-commerce statics, and brand visuals. It helps brands turn marketing strategies into high-quality, performance-focused content.

Skills

- Strong research skills with the ability to quickly understand a topic and build a structured questionnaire or framework around it.
- Can handle complex data, structure it clearly, and turn it into meaningful data visualizations.
- Comfortable using research tools such as Google Scholar, Archive, Ads Library, and other research platforms, beyond basic Google searches.
- Can write clear scripts once the research and strategy are finalized.

Pre-Production
- Takes a creative vision and builds the research, strategy, and content copy behind it.
- Plans shoots with explicit direction notes and accurately sources locations, models, and other requirements.

Production

- Can be present on-site and guide cinematographers during the shoot.
- Ensures that every shot required to achieve the creative vision is actually captured.

Post-Production





- Organizes and segregates research, data, and references for the editing team.
- Provides clear timelines and requirements to editors to keep post-production on schedule.

Project Types

- Long-Form Graphical Videos Research-heavy projects that require:

- Deep research on the given topic.
- Building data visualizations that editors can use to plan the video.
- Writing scripts based on research and strategy.
- Taking the project from research to final execution.

- UGC Projects Short-form projects across multiple brands that require:

- Planning and writing the content.
- Sourcing locations and models.
- Creating clear direction notes.
- Managing pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Making sure the Creative Director's vision comes through on screen, not just on paper.

Overall This is not a one-brand role. You will work across different brands, industries, topics, and content formats.

You should be comfortable adapting quickly, managing multiple projects, collaborating with different teams, and taking ownership of projects from research to execution.
