Key Responsibilities ()

1. Data Entry & Bookkeeping

- Perform precise data entry in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

- Track petty cash and daily factory operation expenses.

2. Invoicing & Documentation

- Process local commercial tax invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.

- Match raw material purchase invoices with purchase orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

- File physical and electronic financial documents systematically.
