Summary

We are looking for Software Engineers with a technical background and experience in the lending/collections domain to work on solutions involving Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC). The role involves software development, integration, data processing, debugging, testing, and production support for collections applications

Software Engineer – PowerCurve Collections

Experience: 2–4 years Skill

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain software components related to collections applications.
- Build and support APIs, integrations, data flows, and application interfaces.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data processing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and resolve application and production issues. Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, deployment, and SDLC activities.
- Apply lending and collections domain knowledge to software solutions.
- Work with PowerCurve Collections (PCC) as part of the product/technology stack.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in software development / engineering
- Strong programming fundamentals Good SQL and database knowledge
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data processing
- Valuable debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SDLC and Agile development
- Basic to good understanding of lending and collections




- Good to Have Experience with Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Banking, NBFC, fintech, or lending technology experience
- Knowledge of DPD, delinquency, collections strategies, segmentation, and recovery
- Experience with enterprise applications or decisioning platforms
