Role Description This job is mainly for overseas customer support.The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at the Facets Jewels office in Surat. In this position, the associate greets customers, understands their preferences, and recommends suitable jewelry pieces that align with their style, occasion, and budget. The associate collaborates with the team to meet sales targets, contributes to visual merchandising,



and helps ensure that every visitor enjoys a positive and personalized shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills to engage customers, explain product details, and build trust.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide attentive support and resolve concerns effectively.
- Customer Experience skills to create a welcoming environment and deliver an enjoyable, personalized shopping journey.
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, and design, with the ability to learn product features and current trends.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and handling cash and digital transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in wholsale or luxury goods sales is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong people skills are encouraged to apply.
