Role: Java with Sterling OMS – Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong IBM Sterling OMS expertise to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise order management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development and technical delivery using Java and Spring Boot.
- Work extensively on IBM Sterling OMS configuration and customization.
- Develop and customize APIs, User Exits, Agents, and Pipelines.
- Design and implement microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Work with messaging and integration technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Handle OMS business workflows including order processing, inventory management, sourcing, and fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.




- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable OMS solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+ and OOP concepts.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of IBM Sterling OMS.
- Experience with APIs, User Exits, Agents, and Pipelines.
- Experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of Order Management, Inventory, Sourcing, and Fulfillment.
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred
- Experience with Manhattan OMS is an advantage.
- Experience leading OMS implementation or integration projects.
