The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background and be capable of understanding technical challenges, guiding engineering teams, managing complex technical projects, and driving enterprise application delivery.

- Lead and manage software engineering teams

- Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and engineering excellence
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, releases and production issues
- Mentor Engineering Managers, Tech Leads and Engineers
- Drive application modernization and digital transformation initiatives
? What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years in engineering/team management
- Strong experience managing software engineering/development teams
- Proven experience in technical project/program management
- Strong Java/Microservices technical background
- Ability to understand and challenge technical decisions and guide teams toward the right solutions
- Robust stakeholder and people management skills
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in Agile/DevOps environments

Profiles that are primarily Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PMO, or functional project management without strong software engineering and technical leadership experience may not be suitable.
