JAMF and MAC device management

Mobile Device Management

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Windows Autopilot
2. Compliance policy and Device configuration profile
3. Azure AD, Intune Apps, Security, Powershell
4. JAMF an MAC device management
5. Mobile Device Management

Valuable-to-Have
1. Implement and maintain endpoint security policies (BitLocker, Defender, etc.).
2. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
3. Experience with Windows 10/11 device management,



configuration profiles, and security baselines.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).

Provide Level 2/3 support for Intune and Autopilot-related incidents.

3

Experience with packaging and deploying Win32 apps in Intune will be an added advantage.

4

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

5

Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
