About Position:

The Java Architect - Security will be responsible for defining and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient Java-based microservices architectures. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, Grafana, Redis

What You'll Do:

- Define the end-to-end architecture for secure, scalable, and highly available Java-based microservices applications.
- Lead technical design reviews and provide architecture guidance to development and engineering teams.
- Ensure appropriate implementation of token validation, access control, session handling, secrets management, and secure configuration practices.
- Identify application security risks and collaborate with security, infrastructure, DevOps, and delivery teams on remediation plans.
- Guide performance optimization, resiliency, observability, and scalability of microservices-based solutions.
- Support solution estimation, technical planning, dependency management, and delivery governance.
- Mentor development teams and drive continuous improvement through architecture reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot application architecture and development.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of observability tools.
- Hands-on experience in sprinboot, kubernates.
- Experience defining architecture standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and security controls.
- Strong understanding of scalability,



high availability, performance, resiliency, and observability for distributed systems.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, review solution designs, resolve complex architecture issues, and mentor engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
