Role Description This full-time IT Support (Server/Network/M365) role is an on-site position based in Gurgram/NCR and all over India. The role involves providing daily technical support for different field like servers, M365 Setup, network devices, and desktop computers. The IT Support professional will diagnose and troubleshoot responding to help desk tickets, documenting incidents and resolutions, and ensuring adherence to IT policies and security standards.

The role also requires working closely with internal users and other IT team members to minimize downtime, support business operations, and participate in periodic upgrades or infrastructure projects.

Qualifications





- Strong technical support skills, including hands-on experience with server and network environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues across multiple platforms.
- Experience supporting desktop computers, operating systems, and common business applications.
- Background in information technology operations and help desk support, including ticketing and documentation.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls) and server administration fundamentals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work in office with minimal supervision, and communicate clearly with non-technical users.

- Desktop and Local Infra Support
