- Strong LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search skills
- Experience with C2C, W2, T4, and contract hiring
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment

- MSP/VMS experience (Fieldglass, Beeline)
- Experience recruiting for Capital Markets, SAP, Cloud, AI, and Enterprise Technology roles
