Role Description This is a temporary, remote Investor Relations Management role with a compensation of 8 LPA. The role involves managing relationships with current and potential investors, responding to investor inquiries, and maintaining accurate and timely communication regarding company performance and strategic initiatives. The individual will coordinate the preparation of investor materials, including presentations, reports, and updates, in collaboration with finance and leadership teams.

Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, supporting investment-related analysis,



and ensuring consistent messaging across all investor-facing channels. The role also supports investor meetings and virtual events, tracks feedback, and provides insights to internal stakeholders to strengthen investor confidence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations and Communication skills to manage investor engagement and deliver explicit, consistent messaging.
- Candidates should possess solid Investments and Finance knowledge to interpret financial data, support performance reporting, and discuss relevant metrics with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, investor feedback, and company performance for data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to create concise reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in IT, cybersecurity, or technology-focused organizations, along with familiarity with financial modeling or valuation concepts.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA) are an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
