We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically curious iOS Mobile QA Engineer

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about iOS application testing, mobile automation, API testing, and software quality and wants hands-on experience working on real-world iOS products.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in iOS/mobile application testing. Candidates with practical experience in iOS functional testing, regression testing, API testing, and/or mobile automation testing are preferred.

Internship, academic, or personal project experience in automation testing, mobile application testing, or API testing can also be an advantage.

Education Qualification: Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

? Key Responsibilities
- Test iOS mobile applications across new features, enhancements, and existing functionality.
- Develop, execute, and maintain iOS automation test scripts based on assigned user stories and requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and release validation testing.
- Execute automated regression test suites and analyze test results.
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate backend responses and functionality.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects using monday.com .
- Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, automation scripts, and QA documentation.
- Collaborate closely with iOS Developers and Backend Developers to investigate and reproduce issues.
- Analyze automation test failures and assist in identifying the root cause of failures.
- Maintain and improve existing automation test suites and expand test coverage.
- Perform testing on iOS Simulator and physical iPhone devices .
- Participate in sprint planning,



QA discussions, testing activities, and release validation.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing after application changes.
- Ensure assigned QA and automation tasks are completed within project timelines.
- Contribute ideas to improve testing processes, automation efficiency, and overall product quality.

- Basic understanding of iOS mobile application testing .
- Understanding of software testing fundamentals and STLC.
- Knowledge of defect life cycle and bug reporting.
- Understanding of functional and regression testing.
- Basic understanding of mobile automation testing .
- Experience with API testing using Postman .
- Understanding of test case and test scenario design.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub .
- Basic familiarity with Xcode .
- Ability to test iOS applications using Apple Simulator and/or physical iPhone devices .
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with XCTest / XCUITest .




- Experience with Appium or another mobile automation framework.
- Basic programming knowledge in Swift, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Experience with Charles Proxy, Proxyman, or similar network debugging tools.
- Experience with Jira or other issue-tracking tools.
- Experience working on an actual iOS/mobile application project.
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and automated test execution.

? iPhone A physical iPhone for real-device application testing. These requirements are mandatory because the role involves working with Xcode, iOS Simulator, iOS automation frameworks, and physical iOS devices .
