What You Will Be Doing

- Research and profile PE/VC fund managers across India and Southeast Asia - their strategy, team, track record, fund terms, and portfolio composition
- Building and maintaining structured databases on funds, fund managers, companies, LPs, and market themes
- Using AI to build tools, trackers, templates, and processes that improve how the team operates
- Contributing to Lanmea's market presence through research-backed content
- Support our advisory firms with business development initiatives and launching new business verticals

Requirements

- Full-time availability during the internship period
- A strong academic foundation in finance, business, or a related field
- Strong interest in private markets
- Good analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Interest in India and Southeast Asia as business and investment markets
- Obsession with AI and its application to investment workflows and business building
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently

Nice to Have
- Prior experience in private markets investing, consulting, startups, or corporate finance
