Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to manage end-to-end inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, timely order fulfilment and efficient dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete inventory flow: Inward → QC → GRN → Storage → Allocation → Picking → Packing → Dispatch → Returns.

- Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory by Style, Color, Size and Quantity.

- Ensure timely GRN, ERP/WMS updates and proper stock storage.

- Conduct stock audits, cycle counts and resolve inventory variances.

- Manage B2B order allocation, picking, checking, packing and dispatch.

- Handle returns, rejections, damaged and QC-hold stock.

- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, QC, Accounts and Logistics.

- Lead and train the warehouse team and ensure SOP compliance.





- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and dispatch MIS.

- Improve stock accuracy, warehouse efficiency and order fulfilment TAT.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Inventory & Warehouse Management.

- B2B order fulfilment and dispatch experience.

- Excellent knowledge of SKU/Style/Color/Size management.

- Stock audit, reconciliation and variance control.

- Positive knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel.

- Strong team handling, coordination and leadership skills.

- Good problem-solving, attention to detail and accountability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
