We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Interiors) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience with an interior design or fit-out company and be capable of managing site execution for residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial interior projects.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and project managers.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
Manage labor, materials, and site resources efficiently.
Handle day-to-day site challenges related to civil and interior execution.
- Maintain safety standards and prepare regular site progress reports.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision for interior projects.
Good knowledge of residential and commercial interior execution.
Understanding of basic construction methods, dimension drawings, and interior fit-out work.
Ability to independently manage site execution and resolve in office issues.
Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and their implementation on-site.
Good coordination and communication skills.
