Role Description The Interior Designer role at Tejomaya Designs is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting finishes and furnishings, creating mood boards, and producing presentations for client review. The role also involves site visits, overseeing installation of FF&E;, verifying quality and alignment with design specifications,



and adjusting plans based on client feedback and project constraints.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate closely with the design team to maintain high standards of aesthetics, functionality, and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically aligned layouts.
- Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate design concepts into clear technical documentation.
- Experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
- Solid visualization and presentation skills, including use of design and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior experience in luxury or high-end residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
