Role Description This full-time, on-site Interior Designer role is based at Studio 145’s New Delhi studio.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts for luxury hospitality, banquet, residential, and experiential projects, translating client requirements into cohesive design solutions.

Responsibilities include space planning, creating mood boards and material palettes, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, and coordinating FF&E; selections that align with the studio’s design standards. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and vendors,



reviewing construction documentation, and supporting site coordination to ensure design intent is accurately executed.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client meetings, assist with design revisions, and contribute to maintaining quality and consistency across all project deliverables.

Qualifications

- Robust Interior Design and Architecture skills, with experience in luxury or high-end projects.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically refined layouts for diverse program types.
- Ability to prepare and interpret Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to work within established brand and project guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with on-site coordination and vendor interaction is an advantage.
- Portfolio demonstrating concept development, detailing, and completed interior projects.
