Madras Interior Studio is looking for a highly driven Interior Design Sales Consultant who can combine design understanding with strong sales and closing ability.

This is NOT a pure Interior Designer role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about converting leads into interior projects and can independently manage the sales cycle from enquiry to booking.

? Key Responsibility

- Handle inbound interior design leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences and budget
- Conduct client consultations and site visits
- Present design concepts, solutions and quotations
- Negotiate with clients and handle objections effectively
- Follow up consistently and drive leads towards closure
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams during the sales process
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve a minimum of 3–4 project conversions every month
- Achieve monthly booking/revenue targets

- ? What We Are Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Interior Design Sales / Interior Sales / Modular Kitchen Sales / Home Interior Sales
- Proven track record of 3–4+ project closures per month
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent objection-handling and closing ability




- Positive understanding of interior materials, modular kitchens, wardrobes and turnkey interiors
- Ability to handle projects in the ₹5L–₹25L+ range
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and commercially driven personality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of conversions

- ? Performance Expectations

Minimum: 3 projects/month

Target: 4 projects/month

High Performer: 5+ projects/month

Your performance will be measured primarily by projects converted and booking value, not merely the number of calls or meetings completed.

? Compensation

Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives The more you convert, the more you earn.

⚡ Important

Candidates with only design experience but without strong sales/conversion experience are not preferred.
