Role Description The Interior Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and office furniture, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting product offerings and design solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts.

The manager will collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into deliverables and that projects are executed on time.



Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, participating in local marketing and promotional activities, maintaining accurate sales reports, and working toward revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in interiors, furniture, or related industries.
- Robust client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of interior design concepts, modular furniture systems, and basic space planning is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new segments, and develop strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams and visiting client locations as needed.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
