Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Instructor role based in Bengaluru South. The Instructor will deliver high-quality classroom teaching for competitive exam preparation (such as IIT JEE, NEET, and related courses), following ALLEN’s standardized curriculum and pedagogy. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging lessons, creating and reviewing assignments and tests, analyzing student performance, and providing academic guidance and doubt clarification.





The role also involves collaborating with academic teams to refine content, participating in faculty meetings and training sessions, and supporting exam-related counseling and orientation programs. Instructors are expected to maintain a disciplined, motivating learning workplace aligned with ALLEN’s educational values.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in relevant domains (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or Commerce), with the ability to teach at advanced competitive exam level.
- Demonstrated skills in classroom instruction, lesson planning, and student engagement, with a focus on conceptual clarity and exam-oriented preparation.
- Ability to assess student performance, interpret test results, and provide targeted academic support and mentoring.
- Effective communication skills, including clear explanation of complex concepts, active listening, and respectful interaction with diverse learners.
- Comfort with basic educational technology, digital content, and online test platforms to supplement classroom teaching.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a master’s degree, professional degree (e.g., MBBS, B.Tech, M.Tech), or prior coaching experience is highly beneficial.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to align with ALLEN’s pedagogy, training processes, and code of professional conduct.
