ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound inspection Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team at our Noida office. The incumbent will be responsible for taking inspection bookings and entering them in system, QC coordination, supplier coordination ensuring compliance with client requirements, international standards, and company SOPs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Communication & Coordination
• Liaise with the operations and scheduling teams to track inspection job status and pending report submissions.
• Respond to client queries on report content and coordinate revisions/addenda as required.
• Maintain professional communication standards in all client-facing report outputs.
Documentation & MIS
• Maintain trackers for report TAT, revision logs, and non-conformance registers.
• Take inspection booking and place in the system
• Ensuring all documentation is complete in the system
• Contribute to monthly QC MIS reports covering report rejection rates, TAT adherence, and inspector feedback.
• Assist in training new inspectors on report writing standards and documentation best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, or related Engineering discipline; OR equivalent technical qualification
Experience:
1 to 4 years in a third-party inspection agency preferably

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Mode: Office-based (Noida HO); occasional factory or site visits may be required
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Reporting To: QC Manager / Technical Manager
Team Size: Part of the Quality Assurance & Review team
