Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers remotely, and driving conversions through calls, emails, and virtual presentations. This role is ideal for MBA/PGDM graduates looking to build a strong career in B2C/B2B sales, communication, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and online research.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and pitch relevant products.
- Conduct product presentations and demos over calls/video meetings.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within given timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Completed PGDM / MBA (any specialization; Marketing/Sales preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling customer objections.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
