Role Description The Inside Sales Coordinator trainee is a full-time, in office position based in Rohtak. In this role, the trainee will support the inside sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and assisting with order processing and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, and updating customers on order status.

The trainee will help resolve basic customer service issues, contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives,



and learn to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role offers structured training in sales coordination, communication, and customer relationship management within an industrial manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in Inside Sales and sales coordination, with the ability to support lead follow-up and basic sales activities.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and a professional client-facing approach.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Order Processing and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling quotations, orders, and records.
- Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments; familiarity with fasteners or engineering products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with using CRM or ERP systems after training.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohtak, manage time efficiently, and collaborate in a team-based setting.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
