DevOps Platform Engineer

Experience : 5 - 10 Years

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Platform Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, Kubernetes, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable cloud-native platforms and enabling reliable, secure, and automated software delivery across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Develop reusable infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
- Build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Automate application deployments, infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
- Implement and manage Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Work with Kubernetes tools such as Helm, OpenShift, and ArgoCD.
- Support adoption of GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Work with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry.
- Support cloud security practices including IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, performance, and reliability issues.
- Participate in incident management,



root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with software engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, Go, and/or PowerShell.
- Contribute to platform standardization, automation, and operational excellence.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
- Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong experience with Terraform / CloudFormation / Pulumi.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of GitOps and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Helm and ArgoCD is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps.
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
