Senior Manager – Cloud & Data Security

About the Role

We’re looking for a cybersecurity leader who can turn cloud and data security from a function into a strategic advantage.

The role will be responsible for strengthening Gokaldas Exports’ cloud, data and enterprise security posture by driving security operations, risk management, governance, vulnerability management and security controls across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise combined with the ability to work closely with technology and business stakeholders to translate security risks into practical, business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and strengthen Cloud Security across Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage and enhance security capabilities including SIEM, SOAR, EDR and incident response.
- Oversee enterprise network security controls including firewalls, VPN, NAC and web proxy.
- Drive Identity & Access Management, including access reviews, privileged access and Azure administrative consent controls.
- Lead ITGC audits, security assessments, compliance activities, policies and SOPs.
- Monitor and investigate security events through log analysis, malware analysis and incident response, ensuring timely remediation.
- Partner with application and technology teams to strengthen Application Security across the technology landscape.
- Drive vulnerability identification, prioritisation and remediation across infrastructure, applications and cloud environments.
- Establish security monitoring, risk assessment and continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Identify emerging security risks and recommend appropriate technical and process-level controls.
- Work closely with IT,



infrastructure, applications, cloud and business teams to embed security into technology initiatives.
- Translate complex cybersecurity risks into clear business implications and actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Support security governance, audits, regulatory requirements and organisational cybersecurity initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 9–14 years of experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity, with strong exposure to cloud and data security.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity architecture, controls and risk management.
- Hands-on experience across cloud, infrastructure, identity, endpoint and application security.
- Ability to lead security initiatives from risk identification through remediation and continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to connect technology, risk and business priorities and influence decisions at leadership level.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple technology and business stakeholders.
