We are looking for an experienced and responsible IT Manager to manage and support the complete IT infrastructure of our Cold Storage Facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT systems, computers, servers and networking infrastructure
- Maintain CCTV,
- Manage internet, Wi-Fi, LAN and communication systems
- Provide technical support to all departments
- Maintain data backup and system security
- Support ERP, inventory, cold-storage management software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in cold storage, warehouse, food processing or manufacturing
- Good knowledge of networking, CCTV, servers and IT security
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage IT operations
