We are looking for a skilled and technically strong IT Engineer / NOC Engineer to join our team.

? Location: Bhandup, Mumbai

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

? What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Network monitoring & incident management using Zabbix, PRTG or similar NMS tools

- Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, ILL, SD-WAN & IPsec VPN
- Working with TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLAN, BGP & OSPF
- Configuration & troubleshooting of Mikrotik routers and network devices
- IT infrastructure, hardware, software & end-user support
- Coordination with ISPs and vendors for network/link issues
- Firewall, endpoint security & basic access management
- Handling support tickets and ensuring SLA-based resolution
- On-site client visits whenever required for installation, troubleshooting or technical support

? What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science,



Electronics, EXTC or related field

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Networking / NOC / Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Mikrotik
- Knowledge of Cisco/Fortinet is an added advantage
- CCNA / MTCNA / MTCRE / CompTIA / Microsoft certifications are preferred
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and travel to client locations when required
