About the Role: MamaLife is looking for someone who lives on Instagram, understands creators, and knows how to make collaborations happen at scale.

About MamaLife: MamaLife is a fast-growing nutrition brand for Indian moms, creating science-backed products for lactation, postpartum recovery, weight management and everyday wellness.? www.mamalife.in

About the Founder: You’ll work directly with Taniya Dhirasaria — 2X entrepreneur and Shark Tank India finalist. Before MamaLife, Taniya built Zoe – Nutrition For Life, bootstrapping it to ₹52+ crore in revenue. Her journey includes NIFT, MICA, Myntra and Reliance Brands.

What You’ll Own

- Drive 20–30 Instagram creator collaborations/month
- Discover and onboard relevant mom, parenting, wellness and lifestyle creators
- Manage the complete cycle: outreach → negotiation → briefing → follow-up → content LIVE
- Build solid creator relationships across barter + paid collaborations
- Work with the founder and social media team on reel ideas, hooks and campaigns




- Track trends and identify creator content that can become UGC, social content and performance ads
- Track performance across views, engagement, clicks and sales

We’re Looking For

✨ A fresher immediately out of college looking for their first role

✨ Robust passion about Social Media, Instagram & creator culture

✨ Excellent at outreach, negotiation and follow-ups

✨ Highly organised and execution-focused

✨ Strong eye for content and what will work

✨ Startup/D2C mindset
