? Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter & SQL
- 5+ years of Informatica PowerCenter Production Support
- ETL development, production support, break-fix & incident management
- Strong knowledge of Oracle / Netezza / SQL Server
- Expertise in troubleshooting ETL job failures and production issues
- Hands-on with Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor & Repository Manager
- Valuable understanding of Data Warehouse / Data Mart architecture
- Experience with parameter files, variables, session partitioning & Pushdown Optimization
- Strong SQL, performance tuning & data validation skills
- Experience handling application/customer tickets and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work within SLA timelines
- Azure Databricks / Spark / PySpark is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts & weekends as required
? Responsibilities
Handle production support for BI and Informatica ETL processes, monitor and troubleshoot workflows/jobs, resolve incidents and break-fix issues, perform data validation, and coordinate with stakeholders for RCA and resolution.
