About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Executive – Influencer Marketing to join our agile team in Mumbai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with content creators, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer databases, and campaign tracking tools is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends and influencer culture.

Responsibilities





- Assist in end-to-end influencer marketing campaign execution, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within scope.
- Research and shortlist relevant influencers based on campaign briefs, target audience, and brand objectives.
- Coordinate with influencers and talent managers to facilitate content creation, commercials, and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive creator databases and campaign trackers to monitor progress and deliverables.
- Follow up with creators for content approvals, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as content, creative, and client servicing to ensure smooth campaign flow.
- Track campaign performance metrics, monitor live posts, and gather data for analysis and reporting.
- Support the preparation of campaign reports and documentation to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
- Handle day-to-day communication with creators, addressing queries, and managing campaign requirements effectively.
