About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly active on social media, understands influencer culture and trends, and wants to build hands-on experience in influencer marketing.

You will work with the team on influencer research, campaign execution, creator coordination, and reporting across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators for different brands and campaigns.
- Build and maintain influencer databases across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Evaluate influencers based on audience, engagement, content quality, relevance, and brand fit.
- Assist in developing influencer marketing campaigns and creator shortlists.
- Coordinate with influencers/creators regarding campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, and content.




- Assist with influencer outreach and follow-ups.
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure content is posted as per agreed timelines.
- Monitor influencer content and campaign performance.
- Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Research current influencer trends, viral content, and emerging creators.
- Coordinate with internal account, social media, and creative teams.
- Support the team during campaign planning, execution, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

- Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in social media, marketing, or influencer marketing is a plus.
- Strong interest in social media and influencer culture.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust research and organisational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with influencers and creators.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
