Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Infection Control Reagents qualified. The role involves managing and handling infection control reagents used in diagnostic, clinical, and laboratory settings, ensuring accurate preparation, labeling, storage, and documentation. The person in this position will collaborate with laboratory teams and infection control specialists to maintain reagent quality, perform routine checks and calibration support, and assist in implementing standard operating procedures related to infection control workflows.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting testing activities, monitoring inventory and supply levels, following biosafety and waste disposal protocols, and maintaining detailed records for regulatory and internal audits. The role also requires regular communication with cross-functional teams, participation in training initiatives, and adherence to all infection control and quality assurance standards.





### Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell infection control reagents and related diagnostic products to hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with microbiologists, pathologists, infection control teams, purchase departments, and laboratory personnel.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer meetings.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.

### Required Experience

2–8 years of experience in sales of infection control reagents, microbiology diagnostics, laboratory reagents, IVD products, or related healthcare products.

Experience handling hospital, laboratory, and diagnostic-center customers.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
