Ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in denim/garment manufacturing
- Solid understanding of production planning, IE techniques, line balancing, SMV/SAM, efficiency and productivity improvement
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
