We have a suitable opportunity in the UP division at our Pune Plant for the position of Executive - Production. In this role, you will be responsible for technical requirements in order to achieve the best possible yield from the production plan, complying with quality, safety, ergonomics, health and environment rules and performance targets (quality validation, HSE, Performance). You should have 3 -5 years of experience with Manufacturing/FMCG global MNCs in core operations role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage his team to achieve the set safety, health, ergonomic, tidiness and cleanliness, tool quality, cost and tools efficiency objectives
- Development of his team according to the goals to reach thanks to information, training, one-to-one interviews and improvement proposals. Develop team autonomy (coaching, ...)
- Enforce the UP's standards and involve the teams in improving them
- Monitor objectives, and see action plans through to a successful conclusion by checking their efficiency at packaging line level




- Enhance the organization of one's team of packaging and logistics operators and coordinate all resources (human and technical resources) with the short-term plan to ensure production
- Carry out essential management acts (day-to-day team management, workshop meetings, supervisory tours and daily meetings. Present the aims and results of the workshop, ensure bottom-up and top-down communication, etc.). Develop the self-reliance of one's team (coaching, etc.)

- Elicit proposals for improvement from operators, technicians and the technical supervisor in Safety (SIO), quality and tools performance.
- Animate improvement groups (e.g. TPM) according to the Group methodologies (EOS) to improve the reliability, efficiency and flexibility of the PU and his teams.
- Ensures preventive maintenance and service calls are performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and codes imposed by company & the local regulations.
- Ensures productions key performance indicators (productivity, OEE, EEM, losses, Manpower efficiency) are met through driving projects, manage daily work managements, & right PDCA actions.
- Ensures shift, weekly & monthly reports are analyzed and circulated using excel & Microsoft PPT.
- Manage & responsible for shift operations should have effective use of manpower, and ensure right processes are followed and optimized outputs are delivered.
- Will need to have good decision making power, forecasting for further shift handovers and good problem solving approach for the smooth operations.
